Technology in this machine:

BTI engineers and manufactures a complete line of manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic precision measurement and testing equipment for all eDrive (Hybrid & Electric Vehicles) applications, as well as related assemblies and components.

Traditional eDrive assembly equipment includes balancing, spin testing, deburring, bearing health, vibration, temperature, product assembly, current vs. speed, noise, axial, run out, current draw, and NVH. Typical balance correction methods for motor assemblies include drilling and contour milling.
