Our advanced, computerized inventory stays up-to-date with customer needs, this system has the ability to track the availability of purchased components, identifying potential concerns and creating accurate cost and delivery estimates.
Our "In-House" Measurement and Testing services (M & T Services)staff will gladly assist with everything from prototype balancing and gauging, product evaluation, research & development, field work, running production volumes, to master certification.

BTI will retrofit, rebuild or refurbish your existing equipment to like-new condition, whether it be a BTI or other brand.
BTI offers remote diagnostic capability to minimize equipment downtime and facilitate fast software updates. A diagnostics server and dedicated "virtual" workstation are set up at BTI's facility in Michigan for establishment of the machine remote diagnostic access link.
Should a more secure network link or expanded access control be needed, BTI can implement security public key cryptography algorithm protection to the diagnostic workstation.
In addition, BTI offers Integration services to assist in developing plant or company-wide interconnectivity solutions.
