REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS BTI offers remote diagnostic capability to minimize equipment downtime and facilitate fast software updates.  A diagnostics server and dedicated "virtual" workstation are set up at BTI's facility in Michigan for establishment of the machine remote diagnostic access link. Should a more secure network link or expanded access control be needed, BTI can implement security public key cryptography algorithm protection to the diagnostic workstation In addition, BTI offers Integration services to assist in developing plant or company-wide interconnectivity solutions.
